Building Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Assist Project Team in implementing projects.
2. Oversee Engineer-prepared method statements, drawings, materials, samples, work progress, and other relevant documents for M&E related works with project teams.
3. Ensure project costs are kept within budget and the completion of site activities is within the specified time frame.
4. Assist and coordinate with the Client on submissions, drawings, installations, authority requirements, variation orders, inspections, testing, and commissioning requirements.
5. Perform tasks at the work site, attend client meetings, and sub-con meetings.
6. Have experience as an ACMV contractor for more than 7 years or in Data Centre projects for more than 3 years.
7. Possess an educational background in Degree/Diploma.
