BUILDING CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER

A Construction Company in Woodlands has a vacancy for Building Construction Engineer

Job Scope

1. Quality control and inspection
2. Prepare and submit weekly and monthly site progress reports to management
3. Prepare method statements
4. Ensure compliance with safety regulations
5. Meet with clients
6. Supervise your Construction Team
7. Control materials order and usage
8. Improve company's work quality
9. Attend site surveys and prepare site drawings
10. Coordinate with officers, main contractors, clients, etc.
11. Attend kick-off meetings
12. Perform all other necessary works

Criteria

1. At least 2 years working experience in air-conditioning & mechanical ventilation systems
2. Able to work independently and as part of a project team
3. Able to carry out prescribed work in a safe, competent, and compliant manner
4. Minimum diploma in Mechanical Engineering
5. Possession of outstanding written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills
6. Self-motivated individual with confidence working with diverse partner groups
7. Able to perform using AutoCAD and other drawing applications
8. A good team player who can handle stress and deadlines
9. Candidates with more experience may be considered for more senior positions
