Are you passionate about delivering top-notch service and creating unforgettable experiences for guests? We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Food & Beverage Commis / Chef de Partie!

Commis / Pastry Commis:

• Monitor food production to ensure all items are made according to prescribed recipes and presentation standards. Maintain portioning controls and consistency.
• Guarantee all food items meet hygiene standards, using "First In, First Out" practices for freshness and sanitation.
• Safely store food products in the correct fridges and containers, ensuring everything stays fresh and secure throughout the shift.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in all culinary areas and ensure every team member cleans their station after each service.
• Oversee the safe and proper use of kitchen equipment and provide guidance to fellow culinary team members.

Chef De Partie:

• Section Management: Led a section, ensuring food preparation and presentation met restaurant standards.
• Team Leadership: Supervised and trained Commis Chefs for efficient kitchen operations.
• Stock and Waste Control: Managed stock rotation and minimized waste.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Ensured adherence to hygiene standards and safety regulations.
• Collaboration: Supported Sous and Head Chef, maintaining high food quality and restaurant standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a full-fledged kitchen with at least 2 years in a similar capacity.
• Willing to work together in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with rotating shifts and public holidays.
• Must be okay with serving non-halal food and alcohol (for Muslim candidates).

What We Offer:

• $2,200 - $3,700/mth ++ (depends on work experience)
• Night shift allowance, overtime payment, and more!
• 2-months Sign-On Bonus
• AWS + Performance Bonus
• Rotational shifts (Morning/Afternoon/Night), 5-6 days a week
