We are seeking a talented and experienced professional to join our team to lead our community engagement and streamer relations efforts.

Role Overview:
As a Brand Strategist / Senior Brand Strategist, you will play a critical role in developing and executing strategies that elevate the brand’s presence and reputation in the competitive iGaming sector. Your key areas of focus will include digital branding, public relations, event management, and optimizing the brand’s share of voice (SOV) across multiple platforms. You will work cross-functionally to ensure the successful delivery of high-impact marketing initiatives, driving brand awareness and customer engagement.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive brand marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, awareness, and loyalty, in line with the overall business objectives.
  • Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution, and analysis of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media channels, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Digital Branding: Develop and execute digital brand strategies to enhance the brand’s visibility across online platforms, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand presence.
  • Public Relations (PR): Lead the PR strategy, managing external communications, press releases, and media relations to strengthen the brand’s reputation and drive positive media coverage.
  • Event Management: Plan and execute the brand, sponsorships, and industrial events that align with the brand’s goals.
  • Share of Voice (SOV) Management: Track and optimize the brand’s share of voice in the market, utilizing media planning and analytics to maximize visibility and ensure competitive differentiation.
  • Market Research & Insights: Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activities to inform and adapt brand strategies for optimal performance.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Utilize key metrics and analytics to monitor the effectiveness of marketing activities, ensuring continuous improvement and ROI optimization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Content & Design team, product, CRM, and sales teams to align brand initiatives and execution with business goals and support overall growth strategies.

The Successful Candidate:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in brand marketing, with a strong focus on digital branding, PR, event management, and SOV management, preferably in the iGaming or entertainment sector.
  • Strategic experience: Proven experience in crafting and executing high-impact brand strategies across digital, PR, and event channels.
  • PR & Event Expertise: Strong experience in managing public relations efforts and planning successful events, including industry sponsorships and brand activations.
  • SOV & Analytics: Strong understanding of share of voice metrics and experience in optimizing brand visibility through media planning and performance analysis.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns, stakeholders, and deadlines efficiently.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the iGaming or entertainment industry and its competitive dynamics is preferred.
