Our Southeast Asian headquarters is located in Singapore, and currently manages Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines and India. The Opportunity:

Paula’s Choice is seeking a strategic and creative Brand Specialist to join the Southeast Asia team. This role will be pivotal in driving brand marketing efforts, storytelling, campaign planning, and execution across the region. The ideal candidate will have a passion for skincare, exceptional project management skills, and a proven ability to lead 360-degree integrated marketing campaigns, delivering impactful results that build brand affinity and resonate with our target audience.

Reporting to the Head of Brand, Southeast Asia, the role requires a highly innovative and agile individual who can develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives, while integrating emerging beauty trends into campaigns, content, and activations across digital and retail platforms. With a focus on brand marketing excellence, the Brand Specialist will play a key role in ensuring Paula’s Choice maintains its position as a trusted, best-in-class skincare brand in the region.

This role will be based in Singapore.

Key responsibilities include:

Brand Marketing and Campaign Planning

  • Develop and maintain the Brand Marketing and Content Calendar for the SEA region, ensuring cohesive and consistent brand communications across all channels and touchpoints – eDM, Social, PR, KOL, Online, Offline.
  • Using consumer insights to define creative storytelling of campaigns.
  • Conceptualize and execute impactful campaigns in collaboration with Social, PR & KOL, and Creative teams.
  • Lead the planning and execution of 360 Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) plans for new product launches (NPDs), category activations (NCA), CRM initiatives, and other key projects.
  • Coordinate the creation and delivery of campaign assets and communication tools to support launch and campaign activities.
  • Partner with the Digital Marketing team to ensure campaigns are integrated across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Work closely with the Sales, DTC, and E-commerce teams to align on trade marketing strategies, ensuring cohesive execution across online and offline channels.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by your direct supervisor.

Content Strategy and Execution

  • Develop and implement a robust Content Strategy to support monthly brand campaigns, ensuring compelling storytelling tailored to each regional market.
  • Create hero copy and messaging for campaigns, working closely with teams to ensure consistency during localization and execution.
  • Plan, brief, and execute EDM Newsletter Strategies, focusing on content, A/B testing, and performance optimizations.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by your direct supervisor.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Measure and report on the performance of email channels, 360 campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Use analytics to optimize future strategies and campaigns.

You possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role, preferably in FMCG, beauty, or skincare.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and messaging.
  • A strong track record in managing multiple project deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proven track record in executing integrated campaigns.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with marketing team and external vendors.
  • Proven experience in brand partnerships, activations, and 360 campaign management.
  • Understanding and respect for cultural nuances across SEA markets to ensure localized and impactful campaigns.

You’ll stand out from the rest with:

  • Experience with a beauty/skincare/luxury brand.
  • Some prior in-house working experience with a brand.
  • Ability to stay ahead of industry trends and implement creative solutions for campaigns and activations.
  • A deep understanding of customer journeys and a focus on enhancing the customer experience through personalized and engaging content.

Not required but beneficial to the role:

  • Proficient or comfortable with designing marketing collaterals or assets with design platforms like Canva.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as CRM systems (Klaviyo / Emarsys / Mailchimp) and content creation software (Canva / CapCut).
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, etc.) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.).
