The Role

We’re seeking a hands-on, creative copywriter who can write, strategize, and execute across multiple marketing touchpoints while maintaining our brand’s tone and voice. You will play a key role in developing and delivering high-quality content that drives engagement, strengthens brand identity, and resonates deeply with our audience.

Content Creation & Copywriting (60%)

  1. Craft high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned copy for all platforms—including product descriptions, social media, LinkedIn, EDMs, articles, and in-store materials.
  2. Conceptualize, develop, and execute creative content in collaboration with the creative team (photographers, designers, videographers, etc.).
  3. Plan and manage the content and marketing calendar, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  4. Compile, track insights and analyze data to improve and make adjustments, content shifts, or campaign optimizations.

Marketing & Public Relations (40%)

  1. Generate ideas and execute impactful brand campaigns, initiatives, and store experiences to engage and grow our community.
  2. Source, develop, and execute branded merchandise for campaigns, events, and community engagement.
  3. Prepare proposals and manage negotiations for brand partnerships and collaborations.
  4. Handle public relations, including influencer outreach, press, and customer engagement.
  5. Manage campaign budgets and track performance, ensuring effectiveness through data analysis and reporting.
  6. Stay updated on consumer trends to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  7. Develop and manage loyalty programs and community-building initiatives.
  8. Strategize and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  9. Support the Creative Director with ad-hoc brand and marketing projects.

Who You Are

  1. 3-4 years of experience in copywriting, content creation, or marketing within a fashion, lifestyle, or creative industry.
  2. A strong, hands-on executor who enjoys writing, storytelling, and bringing brand ideas to life.
  3. Exceptional copywriting skills—fluent in English, grammatically strong, and able to craft compelling narratives that connect with audiences.
  4. A natural storyteller who can balance creativity with commercial impact.
  5. Creative, with a keen eye for aesthetics and brand-building.
  6. Self-driven, independent, and proactive—able to take ownership of tasks and execute efficiently.
  7. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Strong interpersonal skills, able to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

Bonus: Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or CapCut is a plus, but not required.
