Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products.
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, inducing digital, social media, print, and events.
Possess a deep understanding of each brand’s unique positioning in the market.
Conduct thorough research to ensure marketing materials addresses consumer pain points and communicates key product differentiators creatively.
Manage budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximise ROI.
Work closely with sales and creative teams to ensure brand consistency and integrity across all touchpoints such as POSM, advertising, social media content, EDM, etc.
Identify and cultivate relationships with KOLs for UGC to amplify brand messaging and enhance product awareness.
Analyse brand performance metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing
At least 4-5 years of experience in brand management, preferably from the FMCG industry
Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
Strategic thinker with the ability to manage a diverse portfolio of brands
Excellent business acumen, good understanding of the market and all trade sectors
Demonstrates agility, ability to resolve challenges and make progress
Proven success track record in brand growth
Knowledge in pet products will be an advantage
Responsibilities
Manage the brand portfolio of pet food, ensuring a deep understanding of each brand’s unique positioning in the market.
Identify opportunities for brand collaborations to enhance visibility and affinity.
Conduct thorough research in the marketplace and with target consumers to proactively respond to changing demands and market trends
Analyse all reports and data to develop strategic marketing plans that encompass brand campaigns, promotions and A&P budgeting
Work closely with sales and creative team to drive integration and execution of plans, coordinate the development of copy, design, photo and video shoots
Responsible for all brand and marketing communications for online and offline initiatives, including sampling, POSM, ads, etc
Track marketing performance and effectiveness, ensuring all key brand health indicators are in check
Manage social media accounts and generate content for all digital touch points such as website and EDM
Oversee digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM and SMM
Manage day-to-day activities associated to all marketing efforts, including project management, customer experience, and reporting
Be a brand advocate through promoting and educating the internal audience on brand initiatives, values and attributes
