We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Manager to join our D2C Enterprise team. The ideal candidate will act as a business consultant for direct brand clients, developing e-commerce, performance marketing, and promotional strategies. They will also serve as an account manager, maintaining strong client relationships to ensure retention and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling AnyMind solutions. Additionally, the Brand Manager will lead and provide guidance to the team while driving creative and promotional initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement. What You'll Do
Strategic Consulting and Growth
Develop and implement tailored e-commerce strategies for direct brand clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
Formulate performance marketing strategies to drive online traffic, improve conversion rates, and achieve sales targets.
Analyze sales performance, market trends, and consumer behavior to optimize digital sales strategies.
Creative & Promotional Planning
Work closely with designers, content teams, and media planners to develop creative marketing assets that align with brand positioning.
Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing content, including social media, paid ads, email campaigns, and website promotions.
Ensure that all creative and promotional strategies align with market trends and customer insights to maximize impact.
Account Management & Business Expansion
Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for their needs and concerns.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction to promote retention and brand loyalty.
Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell or cross-sell AnyMind's suite of solutions, maximizing revenue potential.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding campaign performance, strategic recommendations, and future opportunities.
Team Leadership & Guidance
Lead, mentor, and provide guidance to the brand and marketing teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Oversee the execution of client projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to quality standards, and alignment with business goals.
Work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
Market Analysis & Performance Marketing
Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviors.
Utilize insights to inform creative direction and promotional planning to differentiate brands in the market.
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns.
Prepare and present detailed reports to clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting successes, learnings, and optimization strategies.
Who You Are
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field.
Proven experience in brand management, digital marketing, and promotional planning, preferably within the e-commerce or D2C sector.
Strong ability to develop and execute performance marketing strategies across paid and organic channels.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for branding, design, and storytelling in marketing campaigns.
Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and drive retention.
Excellent leadership abilities with experience in guiding and developing teams.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, performance tracking software, and e-commerce platforms.
Experience working with D2C brands and e-commerce businesses is highly advantageous.
Familiarity with AnyMind’s suite of solutions or similar enablement platforms is preferred.
Relevant certifications in digital marketing, e-commerce, or growth hacking are a plus.
