Role Overview:

Befound Studios is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Brand Manager / Lead to spearhead the growth and development of our brand. This role focuses on establishing Befound Studios as a leading name in the beauty education sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand building, especially within consumer services or goods, combined with expertise in performance marketing to drive measurable business results.

This is a work-from-office position, and you will thrive in our start-up environment where collaboration, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving are key. You will work closely with a passionate and creative team in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment that values innovation and hands-on contributions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Development & Strategy:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy to position Befound Studios as a trusted leader in the beauty and wellness space.
    • Ensure consistent brand messaging and identity across all channels, including digital, social, and physical touchpoints.
    • Collaborate with cross functional teams to craft compelling brand narratives and visual assets.
  • Performance Marketing:
    • Lead the planning and execution of performance marketing campaigns, leveraging digital channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing) to drive awareness, acquisition, and retention.
    • Analyse campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data insights to maximize ROI.
    • Manage budgets effectively to achieve business goals while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Consumer Insights & Research:
    • Conduct market research to understand target audience preferences, trends, and competitive landscape.
    • Translate insights into actionable strategies to enhance the customer experience and strengthen brand loyalty.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with Skin Analysts, Revenue Generation and Creative to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
    • Partner with external agencies and vendors to execute campaigns and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Metrics & Reporting:
    • Define KPIs and track brand and campaign performance using analytics tools.
    • Provide regular reports to leadership, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations for future growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, with a proven track record of building brands in the consumer services or goods sector.
  • Strong expertise in performance marketing, including digital ad platforms, analytics, and ROI optimisation.
  • Exceptional understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and storytelling.
  • Proficient in using marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software, marketing automation tools).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a collaborative mindset.
