Brand Manager

We are seeking an energetic and digitally savvy Brand Manager to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing brand strategies for our iconic brands. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing food brands, preferably with experience in international markets.

Impact:

As a Brand Manager, you will be instrumental in driving store foot traffic, increasing online orders, and solidifying the company’s brand position as a beloved brand in the competitive F&B landscape. Your contributions will shape customer perceptions, build brand loyalty, and directly impact revenue growth.

What You’ll Do:

Strategic Brand Planning
• Develop and implement brand strategies to enhance brand equity and market share.
• Ensure brand consistency across all brand touchpoints and communications.
• Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, preferences, and the competitive landscape.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform strategy and decision-making.

Menu Innovation Support
• Partner with the Research & Development (R&D) culinary team to launch new menu items aligned with customer preferences and market trends.
• Design brand strategies for product launches, including pricing and positioning.

Cross-functional Collaboration
• Partner with Operations, Procurement, and Franchise teams to ensure seamless execution of brand strategies.
• Align strategies with store-level operations and product availability.

Customer Experience Enhancement
• Use customer feedback and data analytics to improve marketing touchpoints and elevate the overall customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 5–7 years in brand management, marketing, or a related field, preferably in the QSR or F&B industries.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Strategic and Creative Thinking: A strategic thinker with a passion for building impactful brands and the ability to transform insights into innovative campaigns.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and a proven ability to use insights to guide decision-making.
• Brand Growth: Demonstrated success in launching and growing brands in competitive markets.
• Industry Experience: Experience with renowned food brands is highly desirable.
