Responsibilities
Develop and execute brand campaigns / trade marketing plans across various marketing channels (Modern Trade, General Trade, HORECA)
Track and analyze the effectiveness of trade marketing campaigns in order to provide appropriate recommendations/insights to the Brand manager / Brand Principal to drive continuous improvement
Work on increasing the visibility of company's products by developing and executing in-store promotions, displays, and trade events in collaboration with retail partners
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across the organisation
Identify and capitalise on emerging trends and opportunities to elevate the brand
Work closely with in-house designers to create compelling content (e.g. social media posts &/or promotional materials) to enhance brand visibility and awareness
Manage and control the brand's budget to ensure efficient and effective use of resources for various programs and initiatives
Monitor inventory level and ensure no out-of-stock situations
Facilitate and be present for the brand's activation activities
Requirements
Minimum 1.5 to 2 years of experience in brand management / marketing in FMCG industry
Diploma in Marketing / Business Management
Possess some experience working with Modern Trade, General Trade, Food Services
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to measure and optimise brand performance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders
Proficient in creating high-quality, on-brand content for both digital and print platforms
Singaporeans preferred
