ABOUT THE ROLE

Elfie, a dynamic and rapidly expanding global health and wellness startup, is seeking a Brand Design Executive to translate briefs into visually compelling and effective design solutions. This role is ideal for a skilled designer who can think strategically, execute with creativity, and bring fresh ideas to the table. The successful candidate will have a strong design thinking process. They will play a key role in shaping creative outputs, ensuring that design solutions are not just visually appealing but also purposeful and aligned with user needs. A background in branding is a plus, but the priority is showcasing creative prowess, a strong design foundation, and the ability to enhance and strengthen Elfie’s branding at its current brand journey phase.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Develop high-quality static and motion graphics for user acquisition campaigns, ensuring assets are optimized for different platforms, audience segments, and performance goals.
• Support the creative team with custom app UI visuals and stylized frames for video storytelling, enhancing engagement and visual consistency across digital touchpoints.
• Translate creative briefs into well-executed, purposeful design solutions, applying strong design thinking to craft visually compelling assets that align with campaign objectives and brand strategy.
• Collaborate closely with global cross-functional teams, including media, product, and content teams, to ensure brand visuals effectively support messaging, user experience, and business goals.
• Maintain and refine design standards, ensuring all assets adhere to Elfie’s brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries to elevate the brand’s visual identity in its current growth phase.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• 4+ years of experience in graphic design for marketing, with a proven track record of creating high-impact visuals across multiple markets and audience segments.
• Strong expertise in design thinking methodologies, with the ability to develop compelling static and motion ads for digital advertising that drive engagement and performance.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, and relevant 2D/3D design tools, with the technical skill to execute across a range of formats and platforms.
• Deep understanding of branding and design principles, with the ability to craft visually cohesive and strategically aligned creative that strengthens brand identity and audience connection.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a strong ability to lead design direction, manage diverse creative requirements, and balance strategic thinking with execution in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
