Job description

Reporting to the CEO of E-Bridge with a dotted line to the Group CMO, the Brand and Marketing Director will work closely with the schools and other departments to brand, market and promote E-Bridge Pre-Schools in driving brand awareness, enrolment growth, and community engagement.

Job Role & Responsibilities

Brand and Content

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with E-Bridge Pre-Schools' vision, mission, and values
  • Responsible for the performance of all marketing initiatives and strategy implementation for E-Bridge Pre-Schools
  • Strategise, develop and monitor budgets and campaign performance to align with KPIs and overall organisational performance metrics
  • Responsible for developing and growing the brand's share of voice (SOV) across all owned, earned and paid media
  • Develop fortnightly/monthly and annual reports to monitor and measure the performance of the brand
  • Connect with different stakeholders to help them achieve their goals
  • Develop and create brand assets to position and market the brand.
  • Take ownership of all branding properties and assets to drive relevant and timely communication. Work on content to ensure it is relevant, meaningful and contemporary.
  • Curate and create content to position and increase the SOV for E-Bridge through a well-thought-through, data-driven content plan. Ensure the delivery of the plan is in alignment with key outcomes.
  • Ensure greater visibility, engagement and traffic on all platforms, including social media, digital marketing, content marketing, SEO and offline strategies.
  • Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure alignment of efforts to position the brand.
  • Work with agencies, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure all brand and marketing outcomes are aligned and met.
  • Ensure all materials are in alignment with brand tone and guidelines.
  • Develop an alumni network.
  • Conduct competitor and trend analysis with short, medium, and long-term forecasts.
  • Ensure the delivery of service standards with regular feedback and surveys.
  • Work on measurement parameters such as NPS to track brand performance.

Enrolments and Tactical Marketing

  • Prepare enrolment reports with an emphasis on performance indicators such as trends, conversion rates, etc.
  • Provide creative direction on the development of campaign creatives
  • Advertising and media engagement strategy for all paid marketing
  • Optimise content for lead generation
  • Monitor effectiveness of campaigns SEO/SEM/Digital channels through data analytics
  • Competitive benchmarking and marketing research
  • Developing visual content-photos, infographics
  • Market research
  • Events-ideation, marketing and analysis, event partnerships, co-create/co-brand content
  • Utilize data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve effectiveness.

Public Relations

  • Identify opportunities to get public relations visibility
  • Ensure that all press releases are in line with the Group's Branding and Marketing Guidelines
  • Develop and maintain relationships with media, industry influencers, and community partners.
  • Prepare press releases, speeches, and other communication materials for public appearances and events.
  • Create value for media outlets through relevant content and media kits
  • Identify influential reporters and publications to pitch to
  • Identify Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)

Team Management

  • Manage brand and marketing team of E-Bridge, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
  • Responsible for training, induction and continual growth and professional development of the team as well as other stakeholders who are part of the brand process


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Communications from a recognised University.
  • At least 5 years of related work experience in the education or service-oriented industry with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience working in a school environment and passionate about early childhood education would be an added advantage.
  • Essential to have prior experience in implementing and executing a marketing plan from inception to execution.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
  • Possess a collaborative attitude and work well in a team-oriented work environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Result-oriented and a hands-on marketer.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Self-starter with strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate stakeholders to align with brand objectives.
