Branch Officers (6 days work week/no experience required)

Job Function:

The Branch Officer is responsible for attending to walk-in customers, including working with business partners and upholding exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service at exemplary levels while upholding the professional image of the company.
• Be proactive and take initiative to ensure a pleasant experience for customers during their appointment.
• Provide clear and coherent explanations of contract terms, products, and details to customers.
• Assist customers with their loan applications.
• Answer customers’ queries and explain loan procedures over the phone.
• Assist with clients' account management, along with accurate and careful data entry of customer details.
• Help with administrative duties such as photocopying and filing when necessary.

Requirements:

• Entry level with the right skill set.
• No experience required.
• Friendly and positive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to speak proficiently in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers).
