As a Retail Specialist, you will portray the utmost excellence in customer service. This includes cross-selling between products and delivering a memorable experience to customers.

We are a leading manufacturer of capsule coffee machines and coffee capsules.

Location: ION, VIVO, TAKA, RAFFLES CITY

Responsibilities

1. Carry out sales activities and maximize sell-through results through upselling and cross-selling.
2. Maintain a proactive approach towards customers and provide excellent customer service.
3. Support the maintenance of the counter appearance according to company policy.
4. Build customer loyalty and relationships with the brand.
5. Responsible for store inventories.

Requirements

1. 5 days' work week (including weekends).
2. 1 year of sales experience.
3. Customer-oriented and problem solver.
4. Outspoken, proactive, team player.
