Responsibilities
Meet and exceed annual and monthly sales goals set by the Group.
Develop and implement strategic CRM solutions to engage, retain, and delight customers, elevating the brand’s overall customer experience.
Lead, motivate, train, and coach the store team to optimize sales performance and meet set sales objectives.
Organize in-store events and incentives to expand the customer base, with a focus on strengthening the local market.
Work closely with teams in Hong Kong and HQ, including merchandising and marketing, to ensure alignment with group guidelines on category management, visual merchandising (VM), and sales ceremonies.
Requirements
Degree or qualification in a relevant discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience, ideally in the luxury retail industry.
Strong passion for the retail industry with a keen understanding of market dynamics, competitors, and emerging trends.
Expertise in store operations, customer service, team management, and staff training.
Exceptional communication abilities to engage effectively with clients and team members.
