Job description

Sales and Boutique Operations

  1. To maintain a respectable appearance while on duty according to Company's regulation.

  2. To fulfil your role as a staff of the Company by displaying & projecting a good image of courtesy, respectability and professionalism.

  3. Responsible for overall sales process including walk-in and phone/email clientele.

  4. Participate actively to develop new sales opportunities and client relationship development.

  5. Ensure support to all operations of the boutique and use of all available sales tools.

  6. Provide operational support and presence to marketing events.

  7. To receive stock, check and unpack goods, ensure that goods received are in order.

  8. Ensure tidiness and presentability of merchandise and displays.

  9. Assist supervisor/seniors on daily stock count.

  10. Ensure organization and cleanliness of boutique at all times.

  11. To ensure all documents relating to receipt and dispatch of goods are properly documented.

  12. Any other assignments within your capacity may be delegated from time to time to suit the operations.

Customer Experience and Service & Business Development

  1. Ensure optimal customer experience in the boutique for new sales, customer service (repairs), and all visitors.

  2. Provide reliable, accurate, and first-class customer service.

  3. In-depth product knowledge and prices (and discount leverages). Able to explain estimates, repairs (time and prices).

  4. Participate actively in Customer Relationship Management data collection.

  5. To provide aftersales service support in receiving repairs from customers & prepare necessary documentation.

  6. To coordinate with Customer Service Department to transfer customers' repairs for their necessary action.

  7. To ensure that the stock level in boutique is in line with Management's direction.

  8. To be alert and report any discrepancies to the Management.
