POSITION SUMMARY
As our Boutique Coffee Specialist, you will act as our ambassador for Nespresso in the Boutique to welcome, advise, and guide a clientele loyal to up-market products in compliance with the quality standards defined in the Nespresso service offering.
You will create a delightful customer experience by ensuring that the boutique's appearance is in accordance with company policy (well-ordered, correct equipment, properly presented), ensuring that the display cubicles are filled with capsules, machines, and accessories daily. You will welcome the Boutique clientele, identify their needs, and advise both prospects and Club members on Nespresso products and services. You will also initiate Club members to the art of coffee tasting and develop their curiosity about our full range of products while maintaining a proactive approach towards customers to maximize the sale of all Nespresso products presented in the Boutique (coffee, machines, and accessories). As the Coffee Specialist, you are part of the team ensuring boutique operations excellence, including compliance with the correct opening/closing procedures and payment processes based on defined procedures. You will actively contribute to achieving individual and boutique targets.
