Salary And Benefits

• Basic Salary: $2,700 - $3,500
• Gross Salary: Up to $4,000++ (including allowances, bonuses, OT pay, and more)
• Sign-On Bonus: 1 month's base salary (paid upon confirmation)

Work Schedule

• 5-day work week
• Rotational Shifts: Morning / Afternoon / Night
• Let us know if you're open to working night shifts! (with extra night shift allowance)

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Experience: Greet and escort guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude.
• Service Excellence: Oversee table setup, preparation, and equipment management.
• Customer Interaction: Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Reservations & Inquiries: Manage guest reservations and seating arrangements.
• Leadership: Supervise and support service staff to ensure a premium customer experience.
• Team Collaboration: Assist the Assistant Manager in achieving team goals and maintaining service standards.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma/Degree in Hospitality or a related field (preferred).
• Experience: 3-5 years in F&B, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Work Flexibility: Must be willing to work on public holidays and rotational shifts.
