Summary
The BMS Engineer deployed on site is required to perform planned and ad-hoc maintenance works including supervise the Technicians and Contractors in carrying out the works in specific projects. The BMS Engineer should also possess good communication skills and be able to relate to different levels of people. The BMS Engineer should also be proactive in learning and implementing of new technologies on site. The BMS Engineer will also be holding a concurrent role of TE and will discharge his/her duty accordingly to the requirement of the BMS Engineer.
What you will be doing:
The BMS Engineer shall possess a diploma in Building, Facilities, Engineering or relevant disciplines from a recognized establishment with a minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in BMS. The BMS Engineer shall be familiar with the BMS and have good knowledge in building M&E system.
