• Location: Central Town Area
• Salary: Negotiable Based on Qualification, Experience & Capability.

You must Have: a Minimum of 4 years of Singapore Construction project Experience.

Requirements:

1. Only Open to Singaporeans and Spore Permanent Residents. All our Employers Do Not have Quota for any Sponsorship. Strictly Non-Negotiable.
2. Diploma/ Degree in Civil or Architecture Engineering
3. Must have Autodesk Revit software experience
4. Experience in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, 3dsMAX and any other BIM software experiences
5. Min 3 – 5 years’ experience in Singapore construction industry
6. Min 4 years of experience in 3D modelling and Autodesk Revit
7. Basic construction knowledge with the ability to understand building design drawings
8. Understanding of Architectural shop drawings (Wall Setting Out plan, RCP, Roombook)
9. Candidates with Hospital or Healthcare project experience are an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with the team, troubleshoot and deliver models on time
• Good understanding of Spoken/ Written English & able to communicate with various parties.
• Assist in maintaining CAD and BIM standards as well as workflow in accordance to company standards.
• Support Project Team in managing RFI as well as making presentations with BIM-Model and other related activities.
• Ensure accuracy of documents based on BIM Modelling.
• To comply with BIM manager Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria.
• Print drawings for production and participate in reviews.
• Create presentation slides, documents related to BIM
