Job Description:

• Construct 3D BIM models and work closely with project teams on drawing amendments and updates;
• Produce civil and architectural 3D model drawings, design works and calculations;
• Provide BIM modelling / CAD drafting and design support;
• Coordinate and manage BIM model, create Revit families and CAD blocks;
• Obtain work assignments of either specific design elements or CAD drafting from project managers and engineers;
• Ensure the completion of BIM projects in accordance with project requirements and in compliance with authorities’ guidelines;
• Review all work for completeness and accuracy;
• Manage workflows, processes and implementation of BIM projects;
• Knowledge in BIM responsibilities;
• Maintain and perform document control;
• Any other responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Preferably with 2 to 3 years’ experience in Architectural / C&S discipline in infrastructure projects;
• Knowledge of BIM and submission standards, hands-on experience for BIM projects;
• Required skills: Basic Civil 3D, Revit.
