Job Description

• Create and update BIM models based on Contract drawings and latest information provided
• Coordinate with BIM coordinator of other disciplines
• Monitor and ensure that BIM Models are clear of clashes
• Responsible for maintaining and updating of BIM model until as-built

Requirements

• BCA Specialist Diploma in Building Information Modelling or Higher Nitec in Architecture/M&E/Structure Technology
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD & MS Office
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field
