BIM Manager / Senior BIM Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Advocate for advanced and innovative BIM-based methodologies towards integrated practice;

2. Lead BIM project implementation. Manage process of exchange, collaboration, and clash coordination with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders;

3. Develop processes, implementation, best practices and techniques of BIM and related tools;

4. Lead and develop BIM protocol, standards, and content library;

5. Develop and execute development plan to improve digital practices;

6. Develop automations for project delivery.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Architecture, Structure, Mechanical, or its equivalent with minimum 6 (9 for Senior) years of relevant consultancy experience;

2. At least 4 (6 for Senior) years’ BIM project implementation experience;

3. Proficiency in ISO 19650, and Singapore IDD project implementation;

4. Proficiency in Authorities BIM submissions, and documentation;

5. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and ACC. (Dynamo requirement for Senior);

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

1. BCA Academy’s BIM Modeling and BIM Management;

2. Specialist Diploma in BIM and Specialist Diploma in Computational BIM;

3. ISO 19650 certification, building SMART DDM accreditation;

4. IFC-SG schema and CORENET X submission;

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate, and PowerBI;

6. Proficiency in IFC, Revizto, ProjectWise, Solibri, ArchiCAD, Rhino, Grasshopper, Blender;

7. Proficiency in Python, C#, Git, SQL.
