About the role

Join the team at China Railway Construction Group Corporation Limited Singapore Branch as a BIM Manager/Engineer. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes across the company's projects in the Paya Lebar East Region. As a key member of the engineering team, you will play a strategic role in ensuring efficient and effective BIM workflows to support the company's construction and infrastructure initiatives.

Job Description

• To prepare, execute and maintain the BIM Execution Plan from time to time.
• Preparation, creation, and sharing of BIM drawings/deliverables.
• Support project team and efficiency in workflow to achieve BIM deliverables as per requirements timely.
• Develop 3D BIM models and prepare deliverables based on requirements for submission to BIM Manager and consultants.
• Maintain up-to-date 3D model according to the latest information and audit regularly.
• Generate 2D drawing, documentation, and As-Built BIM model and detailing submission based on company standards.
• Create BIM objects, families, templates with proper parameters for project and company use.
• Conduct BIM co-ordination with other disciplines such as clash detection, etc.
• Coordinate with Sub-Contractors to exchange latest updates and models.
• Develop virtual mock-up based on requirements.
• Ensure BIM models are usable for quantity take-offs.
• Perform Quality Control checks before the release and exchange of BIM models and drawings.
• Ensure accuracy of shop drawings.
• Support tasks assigned by the project team.

Requirements

• Specialist diploma in BIM.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a BIM management or BIM engineering role, preferably in the construction or infrastructure industry.
• Proven expertise in the use of BIM software, such as AutoCAD, Revit (AR, CS, MEP), Navisworks, BIM 360 and ACC Build.
• Experience in major A&A works, underpinning works and conservation project will be an advantage.
