As a BIM Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• BEP Management and updates
  Regularly revise and update the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) as needed to reflect project changes and requirements.
  Provide regular updates and reports on all BIM-related activities, progress, and status to the Senior Officer (SO).
• Coordination and Collaboration
  Coordinate and collaborate on BIM-related matters with project stakeholders and interfacing contracts.
  Oversee, coordinate, and manage the Project BIM Coordinator (PBC) within the contract and collaborate with PBCs of interfacing contracts.
  Establish, manage, and facilitate Information Coordination and Exchange (ICE) Meetings, including resources, materials, and schedules.
• Issue Resolution and Verification
  Verify and address all BIM-related challenges and issues in the project.
  Establish and manage protocols for information sharing among project stakeholders and with interfacing contracts.
  Ensure all misalignment issues relating to geo-coordinates and orientations are resolved before submission. Verify compliance of PIM and AIM with PIR, LTAEIR, LOIN, and other regulatory requirements.
• Digital Solutions and Innovations
  Establish, execute, and manage the adoption of digital solutions and innovations for the project.
  Develop and manage standard procedures and enhancement approaches for digital delivery processes, including BIM/VDC/IDD implementation.
• Training and Learning
  Provide customized learning resources related to digital solutions to facilitate submission reviews by the SO.
• Hardware, Software and Security
  Oversee and manage BIM hardware, software, and address any related issues.
  Establish and manage preventive and corrective measures to secure data and information on the Contractor’s Common Data Environment (CDE), in compliance with LTA asset information models.
• Deliverables and Compliance
  Establish and manage procedures and schedules for checking BIM deliverables to detect discrepancies, reduce design/construction issues, and minimize resolutions.
  Ensure and rectify misalignment issues and compliance with PIR, LTAEIR, and regulatory standards. Monitor regular checks to ensure the PIM and AIM comply with required standards.
• Clash Detection and Conflict Resolution
  Conduct regular clash detection analysis for PIM, AIM, and Common Spatial Model (CCSM).
  Track, monitor, and resolve design/construction conflicts found in CCSM-related deliverables.
• CDE and BIM Elements Management
  Set up, oversee, update, and manage the Contractor’s CDE, BIM hardware, software, project-specific templates, and BIM Elements library.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architectural, Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering
• At least 6 years of working experience in design engineering, construction engineering, Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) project management.
• We are open to 4 years of BIM experience for Project level BIM Coordinator.
• Certified with Specialist Diploma in Building Information Modelling (BIM) / Certificate with Digital Delivery Specialist (DDM Tier 2).
• Attended courses in any BIM authoring software's modeling course by the software vendor's authorised training provider.
• Competent in 4D or 5D software and coordination software such as Navisworks Manage, Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM360 is an advantage.
