BIM Drafter & Coordinator [Basic Up to 5k |5 days]

Salary - ($4,200 - $5,000)

Mon - Fri, 8am - 5:15pm

Job Description

• Draft and design M&E system
• Quality take off for MEP services and preparing all requirement documentations
• Checking inspections and testing after installation
• Providing construction drawings, testing and commissioning support during project execution
• Coordination with customer, civil contractor, architects and others
• M&E contractors for resolving interface issues and technical clarifications
• Designing duct sizing by hand calculation and using duct checker software
• Designing Mechanical Ventilation Fan, Grilles and Diffusers sizing
• Supporting senior modeler for CSD and all other requirements for submission

Job Requirements

• At least minimum Diploma
• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in BIM M&E / ACMV
• Able to start immediately would be highly advantageous
• Experience in managing LTA Projects
• Candidate with BCA Specialist Diploma in BIM will be an added advantage
