BIM Coordinator (Main-Con)

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Create BIM Design / Tender Models and Documentation
2. Support BIM implementation tasks on projects and facilitate project construction team with updated approved BIM information
3. Build up, regularly update, and enhance BIM objectives, templates, and object libraries for the Company.
4. Coordinate between BIM modelers, design consultants, clients and sub-contractors
5. Review Design Models Fabrication Models and Drawings
6. Use BIM for coordination, sequencing, constructability
7. Create construction and as-built models
8. Develop Virtual Mockup and 4D simulation
9. Ensure Modelling Quality Control
10. Follow the standards, workflows, settings, and best practices that ensure the delivery of high-quality consistent models and drawing output across the entire project.
11. Liaise with the Project Document Controller for accurate data transfer.
12. Participate in regular BIM coordination review process throughout the duration of the project.
13. Prepare 2D and 3D shop drawings and as-built drawings.
14. Prepare drawings and detailed design documents for preliminary, construction, and as-built status by using BIM Modeling, AutoCAD, Revit
15. Assist Project Engineers and Project Managers at all levels

Job Requirements:

1. Relevant Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Civil), Architecture or related field
2. Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar capacity
3. Minimum 2 Years experience in BIM Modelling, Execution Plan, BIM Setup, Standards Development, Client Presentation and troubleshooting in related field.
4. Familiar and well-versed in VDC, Revit Architecture, Revit MEP, Navisworks and BIM360
5. Able to work in a team
