Bid Manager/Project Director

Responsibilities:

Overall role is responsible for the business development, bidding, project management, validation, QA/QC compliance to GMP standards and Testing & Commissioning Capabilities.

Main KPI should be targeting Biopharma and Life Science green/brown field projects & major A&A tenders within SEA.

Building a solid relationship with BLS customers and developing a strategic roadmap to get pre-qualified for tenders.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Engineering or equivalent
2. Must be well connected and experienced in the Biopharma Life Science space in Singapore and the APAC region.
3. Will be instrumental in penetrating into BLS and taking the lead in tendering all the way to securing a win.
4. After winning, lead the project as a sponsor to ensure project delivery is proper and continue to pursue new opportunities in the market space.
5. Total work experience: 15+ years of independent project management of comparable magnitude and complexity.
6. Knowledge of project management best practices.
7. Knowledge of GMP requirements including validation and Testing & Commissioning.
8. Knowledge of engineering, design, and construction concepts and procedures for large-scale Biopharma Life Science projects.
