The Role
In this role, you’re not just an assistant—you’re the right hand to the business owners, the Robin to our Batman, the one making things happen. You’ll be in the room where deals are made, with a front row seat on companies getting built from the ground up.
What you’ll be doing
Calendar Management: Help the Co-Founder & CEO manage their schedule, including setting up and confirming meetings with investors, operations leaders, and other business owners. Handle scheduling conflicts, prioritize appointments, and prepare any needed materials.
Culture & Team Building: Our goal is to create an amazing employee and client experience for our brands. You’ll help us do this by planning fun and unforgettable team building events.
Admin Projects: Partner with Marketing, Operations, HR, and Recruiting on various initiatives such as employee swag, TikTok videos, research on the coolest places to hangout in BGC, IT equipment, HR documentation, and other ad hoc projects.
Kaizen (Continuous Improvement): Work with the team and leadership to find ways to improve the Customer Experience. Focus on identifying small, consistent improvements in processes that, over time, lead to significant results and a better experience for everyone.
