Job Summary

Reporting to Guest Experience Manager, the Bellman will be the first point of contact for our guests, delivering a warm welcome and providing seamless assistance with their luggage and transportation needs. You will play a key role in creating an exceptional guest experience by offering personalized service, ensuring their comfort, and anticipating their needs.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and memorable experience.
  • Handle guest luggage efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to and from guest rooms.
  • Escort guests to their rooms and provide an overview of the hotel's facilities and services.
  • Assist with transportation arrangements, including taxi and limousine services.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and entrance areas.
  • Provide accurate information about the hotel, local attractions, and points of interest.
  • Ensure guest requests and concerns are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Support the Concierge team in delivering exceptional service.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:

  • Minimum one (1) year of experience in a similar role in luxury hospitality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests.
  • Strong physical stamina to handle luggage and standing for extended periods.
  • Knowledge of Singapore’s attractions, transportation options, and local insights.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
