What we're looking for:

1. Experience: 2 years working in ABA Therapy or with children with Autism, Global Developmental Delay, or other special needs.
2. Qualifications: RBT, BCBA, or BCaBA credentials are a bonus. Don’t have them yet? No problem—we provide training.
3. Skills & Knowledge: Understanding of the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Knowledge of speech & language concepts, teaching occupational skills, and academic concepts. Creativity in preparing engaging, personalized learning materials and activities. Proficiency in English with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Personal Attributes: Patience, compassion, and the ability to connect with children with special needs. A knack for creating a positive, motivating environment for learning and growth.

What you'll do:

1. Conduct engaging 1:1 home-based therapy sessions with children.
2. Perform behavior and initial assessments to tailor interventions.
3. Develop session goals and individualized education plans (IEPs).
4. Implement creative strategies to meet each child’s unique needs and interests.
5. Write detailed session notes, progress reports, and monthly updates.
6. Collaborate closely with parents, providing updates and actionable strategies.
7. Maintain ongoing communication with supervisors to ensure the highest quality of care.
