BEAUTY THERAPIST

Shanghai J TCM Wellness is a beauty salon located at the Heart of Jurong west market.

Our company has been in the beauty industry for over 15 years. Our clients are mainly from the neighbourhood with a large customer base. We offer a huge variety of hair services for our clients as well as other beauty services such as facial and TCM treatments. We are expanding, and our new shop requires new enthusiastic beauticians who are not only outgoing but also competent team players in order to work with other associates to promote a wide variety of beauty packages and services to our customers.

We are looking for experienced (Full Time) candidates to join our growing family:

1. Experience Beautician Consultant
2. Experience Beauty Supervisor
3. Experience Beautician / TCM Therapist
4. Sales Supervisor

Basic salary + Commission

Basic requirements:

• Consultant experience needed for managerial roles; otherwise, beauty industry experience is required.
• 6 days work week
• Other ad-hoc duties instructed by the manager
• Promote a wide range of services and packages
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Hardworking and cooperative team player
• Able to commute well with peers
• Able to speak basic Chinese and English to maintain good after-sales relationships with different racial clients (most clients speak English and Chinese only)
• Strong negotiation and selling skills; well-groomed and presentable
• Independent and self-motivated
• Beauty / Facial knowledge
• Able to multitask and speak Mandarin and English
• Able to hit sales targets and bring in customers
