About the role

Join the passionate team at Amber Beila Beauty as a full-time Beauty Consultant. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expert skincare advice to our clients. Working in our centrally located salon, you will play a key part in our mission to help our customers feel confident and beautiful.

What you'll be doing

1. Delivering personalized skincare consultations, skin analysis & recommendations on each plan and product to customers based on each client's unique needs and concerns.
2. Providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere in the salon.
3. Maintaining detailed client records and supporting inventory management.
4. Conducting professional sales pitches and convincing prospects to purchase.
5. Sourcing for prospecting new customers and maintaining an existing customer base to maximize sales opportunities.
6. Attending training sessions to stay up to date with the latest trends, techniques, and product knowledge.
7. Building relationships with customers through knowledge sharing, a positive attitude, and excellent customer service.
8. Collaborating with team members to achieve personal and exceed shop sales targets.
9. Arranging and following up with customers for appointment bookings and other ad hoc duties.

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience in a customer-facing beauty or retail role, with a strong passion for the industry.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen and understand client needs.
3. Self-motivated in achieving sales targets.
4. Service-oriented and customer-oriented.
5. Proven sales track record.
6. Candidate must have at least 2 years of sales working experience, preferably in the beauty industry.
