Responsibilities

• Create & develop strategy aligned with company direction to grow Healthcare Sales Revenue within SAO.
• Coach and support sales teams on Healthcare sales approach, collaborating to ensure regional opportunities are approached holistically.
• Ensure strong collaboration with the Global and Regional Healthcare Quality Team to grow the GDP footprint within South Asia Ocean.
• Develop and implement fit-for-purpose Healthcare products with regional BU’s.
• Support Global Key Account Directors and Strategic Key Account lead to achieve targeted budget within South Asia Ocean.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business management, logistics, supply chain management or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in logistics; 5+ years in management and 5+ years in pharmaceutical logistics.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills; ability to work on holistic solutions and translate them into business solutions; ability to communicate at various levels up to Board level.
• Teamwork, accountability, reliability, proactivity, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to think outside the box and interact with key stakeholders domestically, regionally, and globally.
