Bartender / Senior Bartender

Job Summary:

Main Responsibilities:

1. Able to empathise with team members and their struggles.
2. Responsible for recommendations to improve service standards.
3. Work with the Floor management to understand monthly targets.
4. Actively working with the management team to increase revenue and profitability.
5. In charge of stock management, ordering and par level.
6. Plan manning and rosters according to business needs.
7. Manage suppliers.
8. Responsible for month-end inventory.
9. Able to take charge of bar administrative tasks.
10. Is the point of contact for beverage programming across departments.
11. Create menus for events programs with Bar management.
12. Drive service excellence.
13. Responsible for back of house staff costing and rostering.
