Bartender
Job description
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for mixing and dispensing various alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks and cocktails at the bar.
- Ensure that bar is all set up with glasses, stirrers, cocktail garnishes, tidbits etc, before the shift commences.
- Replenish the stock/supplies as and when necessary.
- Monitor and maintain records of bar stocks, in particular wines and liquors and inform the manager for replenishment when necessary.
- Mix and dispense drinks/cocktails in accordance with the menu.
- Keep the bar counter clean, wash up, prepare garnishes and maintain housekeeping of the bar area.
- Provide efficient, attentive, courteous and professional service at all times.
- Create a friendly atmosphere in the bar and establish rapport with the customers.
- Able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Any other suitable tasks as and when assigned by Head Bartender.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in the management of a bar or beverage service operation
- In-Depth knowledge of various kinds of alcohol drinks including cocktails and wine
- Skillful at communicating with guests and providing excellent customer service
- Ability to engage in conversations in a professional and friendly manner
- Able to present a positive and professional attitude at all times
