Job Responsibilities

1. Assist the Head of Beverage to oversee the beverage operations, which includes keeping inventory, creating beverage menus, and training staff.
2. Stay informed about popular alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to present the most desired products to customers.
3. Operationally manage the entire FOH (beverage) service and be responsible for the club’s day-to-day beverage operations.
4. Work closely with the General Manager to help control and drive the operational and financial performance of the business.
5. Serve food and drinks to the Members and their guests.
6. Look after the Members and their guests throughout their visit.
7. Always greet guests in a professional, efficient, and timely manner.
8. Keep up to date with all service standards in the club and follow company procedures at all times.
9. Build a professional rapport with the Members and work with the management team to stay updated on member knowledge.
10. Display the correct skills to upsell food/beverage without overwhelming guests.
11. Use the POS system with full knowledge of its capabilities.
12. Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by the manager.
13. Promptly respond to guest requests.
14. Maintain stock levels.
15. Help in any area of the club when circumstances dictate.
