Bartender

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Taking of orders, serving of food & beverages to guests & attending to customer’s requests.
2. Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of work areas.
3. Perform bar inventory.
4. Set up the bar and keep the bar area well stocked.
5. Follow SOPs and deliver timely service.
6. Ensure smooth operations to achieve good customer satisfaction.
7. Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
8. Suggest new drink selections for new menu launches.
9. Perform duties as required by the Bar Captain.
