Bartender

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic bartender to join our team at a new young & trendy bar in Chinatown. As a bartender, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity while delivering exceptional service to our valued guests.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and serve a diverse range of craft cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages
2. Engage with guests, take their orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences
3. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and utensils as needed
4. Create and update drink menus, staying up-to-date with current trends in mixology
5. Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards, ensuring a safe environment for staff and guests
6. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
7. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally

Requirements:

1. 1-3 years experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment. Fresh from school with no experience but the right aptitude may apply too.
2. Knowledge of mixology and cocktail recipes, including classic and contemporary drinks.
3. Familiarity with various types of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to multitask and work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
6. Outstanding customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
7. Must be of legal drinking age and possess any required certifications or licenses.
8. Willing to work late.
