Responsibilities:

• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to prepare and serve tea, coffee and other beverages to customer's order.
• Ensure high-quality drinks and presentation standards are maintained.
• Take orders, handle cashier duties and process payments accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, answering queries and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Build relationships with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
• Stay updated on company products, promotions and seasonal offerings.
• Actively promote and sell the brand’s products, assisting in marketing efforts.
• Help maintain and elevate the company’s image through excellent service and brand representation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including tea bar counter, equipment, and customer-facing areas.
• Regularly restock and replenish products and supplies.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe, clean working environment.
• Work effectively as part of a team, contributing to a positive and dynamic workplace.
• Communicate and cooperate with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

Requirements:

• Fluent English communication skills
• Service-driven, outgoing, and positive attitude
• Basic F&B or bubble tea experience preferred
• Barista experience with at least 4 years can consider for Senior level
