Job Scope:
Ensuring that shifts are run smoothly and that standards, cleanliness, and product quality are maintained.
Be responsible for the smooth operations of coffee and tea services.
Greeting customers, answering their questions, and helping them select beverages based on their preferences and dietary restrictions.
Following standardized recipes and using proper brewing techniques to ensure consistent quality.
Monitoring inventory levels, reporting discrepancies, and restocking supplies.
Support the outlet manager when required to train colleagues in accordance with the applicable standards and policies.
Handle effectively any kind of customer complaints, whether verbal or written, and report to managers without fail.
Set up the daily bar counter and ensure that mise en place and any other required ingredients and equipment are prepared to work as efficiently as possible.
Assist the Restaurant/Outlet Manager to create new blended drinks for promotional activity and new menus.
Ensure customer satisfaction from arrival to departure.
Any other reasonable tasks as assigned by the outlet manager, including assisting other outlets.
Requirements:
Any Certificates or Diploma in Hospitality/Hotel/Business or its equivalent.
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a barista is preferred.
Minimum 2 years’ experience working as a bartender may be considered.
Ability to understand guest needs and to deliver superior customer service.
Familiarity with restaurant point of sales and cashiering procedures is preferred.
Ability to prepare and suggest classic and innovative beverages.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Physical capabilities to stand for long periods; Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as per business needs.
Singaporeans or PR only.

Meals covered while on duty.
Transport covered if working hours extend over 11pm.
Sales incentives upon hitting targets.
Yearly bonus based on performance review.
Schedule:
Operational days - Tuesdays to Sundays.
Operational hours - 0800-0200.
Schedule and roster to be arranged with the Managing Director.
Not more than 44 hours a week. Any overtime incurred will be paid accordingly.
Salary:
SGD2300 - SGD2600 monthly depending on experience.
