Barista

Dutch Colony Coffee Co. is a specialty coffee roaster with presence in brick-and-mortar retail shops ranging from coffee bar to coffee bar + kitchen concept with focus on quality and service, online store through our website, and wholesale business serving corporate and cafes.

We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic Barista in Permanent-Full Time capacity to join our growing family and team for our current and new outlets with the following requirements:

1. 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
2. Working rights required for this role
3. Extensive experience as barista in specialty coffee is preferred, but not required
4. Passionate, proactive, outgoing, able to connect with customer and deliver great customer service experience
5. Able to manage operation of front of house that includes the team of barista and service crew
6. Progressive career objective and motivate to learn and progress
7. Team player, disciplined and self-starter

This role is not for the faint-hearted and comes with high expectations that the candidate can set him/herself apart above average players in the industry. If you think the expectation is just for you to learn about coffee and channel your expertise in this area, then that's just the beginning.
