To be able to setup & service for breakfast/lunch/dinner.
To be able to do preparation for events, e.g., roll up of equipment & BOH requirements.
To possess knowledge of beverage sequence of service.
To be able to conduct and perform canapes/cocktail service.
To be able to brew coffee for both manual and machine methods.
To acquire basic F&B Banquets knowledge.
To be able to read and understand F&B requirements from BEOs.
To be able to conduct an effective operations briefing for casuals (up to 10 casuals).
To possess knowledge & align with MBS compliance.
Job Requirements
Education & Certification
Secondary education preferred.
Minimum 1 year in customer service/guest contact roles, preferably in a hospitality organization.
Other Prerequisites
Ability to lead by example with honesty and integrity.
Ability to exceed guest expectations.
Ability to analyze and improve processes and procedures.
Ability to interact and solve opportunities with employees and guests.
Ability to adapt and take advantage of different working environments, staff, guests, and opportunities.
Able to work weekends & public holidays.
Able to work standing for up to 8 hours.
