*Seeking an Assistant HR Manager/AVP who has a minimum of 4 years of hands-on banking experience handling Expat Management, Tax clearance, and Business Partnering duties.*

This bank is a reliable brand in their field. As one of the specialists, they are committed to strengthening their brand and are currently looking for a hands-on Assistant HR Manager/AVP (Expat Management, Tax clearance, Business Partnering) to join their team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Handle expatriate management.
  2. Deal with expat tax clearance.
  3. Strategic business partnering (studying specific HR organization matrix, involvement in company’s/business partnering engagements, driving company’s cultural norms, close communication gaps).
  4. Participate in HR or any other projects.
  5. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  1. Diploma in HR/Business Studies/Secretarial/Administration/Management or Degree in Business Studies (Major in HR) or any other relevant certifications.
  2. Minimum 4 years of hands-on banking experience handling Expat Management, Tax clearance, and Business Partnering duties.
  3. Approachable, patient, highly organized, versatile, with good interpersonal and communication skills.
