Banking/Financial Institution: IT Support

THE COMPANY

With their reputable brand and commitment to their clients, this company is increasing their operations in the region. They seek an IT Support to be part of their IT team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provide IT support for the bank’s IT processes (IT system administration, network, infrastructure, hardware, software/applications, server support, Desktop and system security (DLP, User access control, System patching, Drive Encryption, Anti-Virus))
2. Assist in the Start-of-Day and End-of-Day operations of Opics System
3. Purchase/Manage IT software and hardware
4. Participate in any adhoc IT project/enhancements
5. Work closely with other business stakeholders

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Degree in IT/Information Technology/Information Security/Computer Science or any other relevant IT education
2. Minimum 3 years of experience handling IT support/cyber security/IT administrator
3. Knowledge in Windows Servers and supporting Windows 10/11
4. Solutions-oriented, friendly, helpful, resourceful and able to multi-task
