BANKING & FINANCE (3 - 5 PQE) (CAYMAN ISLANDS) (US$150K - US$180K) (TAX-FREE)

A new vacancy has arisen for a high calibre 3 - 5 PQE banking and finance lawyer to join the Cayman office of this global offshore firm. The role will offer a broad range of finance work and candidates will have experience in some of the following areas:

1. Acquisition finance
2. Debt capital markets
3. Structured finance
4. Property finance
5. Fund finance
6. Asset finance
7. Derivatives

You will need to possess a strong academic record, be admitted in either the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada or South Africa, and have gained your experience at a major national, international or offshore law firm.
