Bank Customer Service Manager x 2 (Call Centre / Up to $5000)

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls addressing enquiries relating to the bank's retail banking products.
- Provide sound knowledge of products including personal and corporate accounts, loans, deposits, and cards.
- Provide first call resolutions and maintain a high service level.
- Provide feedback to further enhance existing processes to improve the customer experience.
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
- Able to commit 40 working hours in a week including weekends and public holidays (5-days work week with 2 off days).
- Open to work staggered shift hours.
- Good interpersonal skills and comfortable with call centre environment (Focus on productivity and service quality).
Additional Information:
- Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 12 months direct contract.
- Salary will commensurate with qualification, experience, and position offered (either AM level or Manager).
