Bakery Manufacturing Production Operator ( 12 hrs Shift Work)

The Production Assistant (Operator) is responsible for operating, setting, and maintaining the production machinery according to instructions and schedules. This role ensures that the quality and output of the assigned production machinery meet or exceed all customer requirements, while also playing a key role in achieving company-wide profitability and customer satisfaction expectations. Compliance with safety and engineering practices, as well as maintaining good housekeeping of work areas, is essential.

Operations:

1. Responsible for the production equipment stationed as needed.
2. Sets up production equipment and inspects it to assure readiness for operation.
3. Demonstrates understanding of key processing parameters at the allocated workstation.
4. Maintains cleanliness of the workstation and adheres to a 'clean as you go' policy.
5. Adheres to instructions provided by the Team Leader without compromising safety and Food Safety.

Shift: Rotating Shift - 8am - 8pm, 8pm - 8am
