The Job
Assist in planning call and email activities to generate sales leads using the most efficient means, in collaboration with the Field Marketing, Solution Specialists, and Inside Sales Management.
Make phone calls, emails, and conduct phone campaigns to generate demand for technology services.
Qualify and pass leads to Inside Sales resource for sales stage execution.
Regularly review lead pipeline and progression. Proactively provide qualitative and quantitative feedback to Marketing on campaigns using standard procedures and reports.
Support follow-up on aging/stagnant leads and help identify opportunities to re-energize them back into active sales cycles.
Participate in activities to enhance demand generation and product/solution skills.
The Talent
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Marketing or other relevant field.
Fresh graduates will be considered; however, prior experience of 1-2 years in Telemarketing is a strong advantage.
Prior experience in high volume activity working environments (customer service/calls) is a strong advantage.
Strong communication skills.
A self-starter, proactive and goal-oriented individual.
Objective/sales-driven.
Prior background in the Tech industry is a strong advantage, but not mandatory.
